RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

You may return any item for up to 30 days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you would like to return an item(s), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email returns@alignmentpro.com, to notify us of your returns, and with any questions.
  2. Please send back the product, and a copy of your receipt to:

MANUFACTURE DEFECTS

Alignment Pro, LLC will exchange any item deemed defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 60 days of shipment when accompanied with an original receipt. Items purchased from www.alignmentpro.com, or Amazon are eligible.

Alignment Pro, LLC uses the best materials available, but due to the numerous parts and pieces involved, unfortunately defects do happen. Please send an email, and pictures of your defective product to returns@alignmentpro.com. You can also send the defective product to the address below.  Alignment Pro. LLC will cover all shipping costs associated with your defective item. If you did not purchase product from www.alignmentpro.com, or Amazon, please contact the authorized Alignment Pro retailer that you purchased the product from.

If your product was damaged after the 60-day policy, Alignment Pro, LLC reserves the right to accept the damaged product under the following conditions:


60-90 days after Purchase: 50% Store Credit

90-120 days after purchase: 25% Store Credit

120+ days after purchase: No credit given
